Rental of the entire building includes use of the Swanson Gallery, Main Waiting Room, Criss Conference Center, Track Level and all permanent galleries.
Temporary exhibits galleries and train cars are available by special requests and require additional fee.
Swanson Gallery
Elegant and stylish, the Swanson Gallery is the perfect choice for a more intimate gathering. Unlike any room in the state, the former Union Station's Hayden House Restaurant is decorated in the exquisite Art Deco style.
This gallery space is available in the evening for wedding receptions, banquets and corporate conventions, as well as breakfasts, luncheons, and all-day meetings. The Swanson Gallery can accommodate up to 250 guests for a sit down reception.

Main Waiting Room
Evening events will be a huge success in the center of this elegant building. Guests will be surrounded by beauty and memories of the extravagant old train station. The largest single room in the museum, the Main Waiting Room will accommodate up to 600 guests for a sit down dinner or 800 plus for a stand up reception.
Rental of this room also includes the beautiful Swanson Gallery. Make history with an event in the Main Waiting Room.

Criss Conference Center
The Criss Conference Center combines the functionality of a boardroom with the beauty of Union Station. Available all day for breakfasts, luncheons, meetings and small evening events, the Criss is equipped with conference tables and chairs that seat up to 50 guests.
The Criss has private entrance and features attached restrooms and kitchen. Built into the room is a Bose audio sound system for speakers and background music. The Criss Conference Center can be reserved for half-day, full-day, evenings or a full-day/evening combination.

Track Level
All aboard for a historic track side event! Discover the splendor and allure of private passenger train service while mingling alongside beautiful antique trains. The Track Level is available in the evenings and can accommodate up to 150 people for a sit-down dinner and 200 people for a stand up reception.
Enjoy the feel of an old train depot at your event on the Track Level.
