O Scale Model Train

Within this miniature world, viewers are magically transported back to the 1950's. Trains move through a small midwestern railroad town with a train yard and locomotive servicing facility, across the sand hills of western Nebraska, and on through the canyons of Wyoming and Utah.

From the majestic steam locomotives to the steamlined diesels, Union Pacific's motive power fleet is second to none.  Heavy freight trains hurry along with their important cargo.  Passenger trains glide effortlessly with riders enjoying not only the exotic scenery, but services and accomodations to rival those of the fine hotel.

The exterior of the model layout is built to resemble a full size train station and contains static displays of rare model trains from the Union Pacific Historical Collection.
