The following terms and conditions apply to all facility rentals.

Durham Western Heritage Museum is not bound to a specific catering service. 

Durham Western Heritage Museum does not provide tables or chairs. 

Security personnel are present at all events and are included in the rental fee.

Lessee shall provide Certificate of Insurance providing liability coverage with minimum $500,000.00 in coverage and must have lessee name as insured.

If alcohol is served, licensed bar tenders are required.

No red wine or red punch is allowed in the building.

No smoking is allowed in the building.

Evening rentals are from 4:00 pm until Midnight.
