Dominos Now Open!

 

Children of all ages are enjoying this creative play area by building mazes, patterns and towers with hundreds of oversized dominos!

 

You may be surprised to learn that there’s more to the game than toppling - there are rules to dominos. Or you may find that the rules incorporated into the exhibit are not the rules you learned in school. There are many domino games that go by different names and yet have extremely similar, and sometimes even identical, rules. Also, there are many games that go by the same name in various parts of the world, but the rules vary from place to place. 

 

So stop down and play a game or create a maze with Dominos – open in the Velde Hall through April 13, 2008!
